Dorrigo Double Cream - Brie's and Camembert's are named after towns in France so it was high time a rich dairy area like Dorrigo had a cheese to its name sake!  A rich, creamie, smooth white moulded cheese that deserves a place of pride on any cheese platter.

Fresh & Sharp - A soft white moulded cheese with a bite!  This will appeal to anyone who prefers a stronger flavoured cheese.  It has a subtle bite on the back of the tongue reminiscent of a goats cheese and the slightly bitter after taste of a mild blue.

Dorrigo Fetta - A richer creamier and more strongly flavoured fetta then is usually found on supermarket shelves.  And with the added density gained through the creamier texture a great cheese to cook with, delicious baked with spinach in a pie, stuffed in roast lamb with couscous and sundried tomatoes, but with enough flavour to be served as a table cheese.

Wine Washed – A unique cheese created in the Dorrigo Cheese Factory this cheese has a striking visual appeal and delicate flavour. Beautiful as a table cheese and appearing in many restaurants as local Chef’s discover its value as an ingredient, this cheese has been showcased on the menus of the Powerhouse in Tamworth and the Grafton Gallery Restaurant.

These are the four cheeses the Dorrigo Cheese Factory currently produces and distributes through local shops & markets.  Please check the locations page in the about us section for further details.
